A stunning 3-bedroom cottage with hot tub, just minutes from Durham City. Ideal for families, friends or longer stays—close to local attractions, restaurants, and countryside escapes. Why not try out the rowing boats on the river and then enjoy a cold drink in the bars close by.

The enclosed garden is a real highlight – complete with a hot tub big enough for everyone and a selection of outdoor furniture, perfect for summer evenings and unwinding after a day exploring.

There’s ample off-street parking available, and we happily welcome up to two well-behaved pets (please note a £25 charge per pet, per stay).

Step into the cosy lounge, complete with a flatscreen TV, two large sofas, a coffee table, and a lovely log burner for those chillier evenings. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need during your stay – including utensils, a toaster, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer, and a dining area for four. A door from the kitchen leads out to the private outdoor space.

The cottage features two double bedrooms and one twin room, each with plenty of storage space. The twin room also includes a handy desk that can double as a dressing table or workspace if needed.

The family bathroom offers both a bath and a separate shower, giving you options for a quick refresh or a relaxing soak.
