Lawson Road is a stylish 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house situated in Bowburn, just a short dive away from Durham. The location is perfect for groups, families, couples, and professionals working in the city centre with local bars and restaurants just a 10-minute walk away.

On entry is a hall way with a downstairs toilet, lounge, dining area, kitchen and conservatory. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is also a small dining area which seats four people. The lounge includes a flat screen tv and a large, comfy sofa. The conservatory follows the lounge area and leads out to the garden which has a decking area with seating for guests to use.

Upstairs is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. Each bedroom has ample storage for your clothes and belongings that you can use for the duration of your stay.

There is also a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, a toilet and sink.

Parking is available to the front of the property on the driveway. There is also visitor parking available for further cars on the street outside of the property.

Please note a maximum of 2 pets are allowed at this property with an additional charge of £25 per pet for the duration of your stay.
