North View is a spacious, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house situated in Sherburn Hill, a short distance from Durham City Centre. The location is perfect for groups, families, couples, and professionals working in the city centre with local bars and restaurants just a short stroll away. The property is ideally situated for guests working in the area or coming to visit family and have a quiet and relaxing break. There are lots of walks around the area and great public transport links to Durham City and surrounding villages.
On entry is the lounge includes a Sky TV and two sofas. The open plan kitchen and dining area follows and includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, washing machine, a fridge, a freezer, a four seater dining table and an additional sofa.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, one double, a twin and a single. Each bedroom has ample storage for your clothes and belongings for the duration of your stay. The master bedroom benefits from having beautiful views of the surrounding area.
As well as the bedrooms, there is also a modern fitted bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Externally, there is a yard which guests can use to enjoy the weather in the summer.
